We are currently seeking a Clinical Manager for our MSO Department (IPSOW). Under the direction of the Director of the IPSOW, oversees nursing clinic systems and efficiencies, supervises assigned personnel, uses excellent judgment and timeless in problem solving and manages and resolves complex situations, development of clinical policies and procedures and standards of patient care, professional growth and competency tests, generates reviews client reports to track and improve performance, oversight and development of IPSOW training and orientation programs, remains responsive to new developments, and performs related duties as assigned. Is fully knowledgeable of JCAHO standards that impact responsible area of operations. Recommends necessary actions to ensure that responsible operations are conducted in accordance with JCAHO standards.
Assists with development and achieving short and long-range business that include establishing and maintaining quality standards and system efficiencies. Acts as a role model in demonstrating competency, teamwork, professionalism, loyalty, honesty, organization ethics, people management skills, value-added behavior, staff development, quality improvement standards, conflict resolution abilities and decisiveness. Bachelor Degree in Nursing, required. Additional business related coursework preferred, minimum of 1 year supervisory experience, preferable in physician practice management and a minimum of 1 year practicing as an RN. Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and its impact on clinical practice.
