Goku's Three Most Iconic Forms Take Center Stage in Epic New Fanart (2024)

Dragon Ball’s main protagonist, Goku, is a character who constantly hits his ceiling only for him to break through it, with his various overpowered transformations helping him to become the strongest being in his universe and beyond. In new fanart, Goku’s three most iconic forms occupy the same space, showing what it could look like if Super Saiyan Goku, Super Saiyan 4 Goku, and Ultra Instinct Goku ever met face-to-face.

A piece of artwork recently shared on X, Kakeru (@DBSKAKERU1) is a creative talent who consistently produces Dragon Ball images that rival official series art, with the various “What If?” angles Kakeru explores adding to the uniqueness of their work.

Giving fans a taste of what a Super Saiyan Blue Broly and Vegito transformation could look like, Kakeru has also sketched Dragon Ball GT’s Super Saiyan Trunks saving Pan, Ultra Instinct Goku, Ultra Ego Vegeta, and Beast Gohan joining forces, and even Vegeta becoming King of all Saiyans, with each new piece looking just as impressive as the last.

Transformations that act as flagship forms for their respective series — Goku’s first Super Saiyan level defined Dragon Ball Z’s perception of power as a whole, while Super Saiyan 4 was the ultimate form of Dragon Ball GT and the most accepted element of that non-canon series, and finally, Ultra Instinct Goku acting as the strongest form in Dragon Ball Super — with each new ascension redefining what it means to be a Z-Warrior, in the process.
