  There is a cell tower outage in Northeast WI (Appleton to Green Bay, possibly a larger area) affecting UScellular and possibly other carriers(?). Calls may be dropped or you might not be able to hear the caller if it is connected. Unknown when it will be fixed.

  @hoosjon @UScellular Finally out of there. I felt awful for the employee. She was super nice the entire time. No wonder they can’t keep employees if they aren’t trained.

  Hey, @USCellular. Thought you might like a hint as to network design, going back to the early X.25 packet switching networks of Paul Barron, who probably won the effing Cold War with his node-redundant network concept. But you are single-threaded and hang up when you fail. Cool.

  @kris_klein75 @UScellular It’s frustrating when you pay for a service that when you need it, it doesn’t work & no warning. I’m sure we won’t see a decrease or credit on our bill. My Mom missed calling her doctors office for an urgent matter that now has to wait until Monday. Hope you have service soon!

  @UScellularCares @UScellular there seems to be an issue with cell service in the area with a good number of people. From not being able to call, receive calls, send/receive messages. Any updates ? 53520 area code

  @UScellular is something wrong with the service? My phone won’t make calls or receive calls. And there are 5 other families in the store with the same issue right now. What is going on??

  @ATT and @UScellular there is an issue between your customers. When I (ATT) try to call anyone using USCellular I get an error message that states I “am not allowed to make dialed carrier calls”. Many people in Southwest Missouri are experiencing this. Fix this ASAP!!
