RHOC season 18 is confirmed by Bravo in 2023. It's been known for a while that season 18 was coming, but when the trailer was revealed on June 6, the season was officially confirmed for July. Despite the show's less-than-captivating storylines from seasons 13 to 15, RHOC went through a renaissance during season 16 when Heather returned as a cast member. Since then, RHOC has been a fan favorite and one of the show's fans the franchise looks forward to the most.

For the last three seasons, RHOC has premiered in October and December, while the last season premiered in June. It seems RHOC will continue to air in the summer months, as season 18 has a July premiere date.

A Newbie Joins The Cast And A Familiar Face

The cast for RHOC season 18 has been confirmed by Bravo. The whole cast from last season is returning, which includes Heather, Shannan, and Tamra. Jennifer, Gina Kirschenheiter, Emily Simpson, and Jennifer Pedranti. However, one newbie is joining the cast, Katie Ginella. Judging by the trailer, she was introduced to the group through Gina. Another addition to the cast is former RHOC star Alexis Bellino but in a friend-of role. Vicki also made an appearance in the trailer, so she will likely pop in and out of the season.

However, one cast member from last season isn't returning. In late November 2023, Taylor Armstrong, who appeared as a friend on RHOC season 17, confirmed she would not return to the Bravo series. The cast wrapped filming in April, according to US Weekly, with an appearance from RHOC season 1 star Jo De La Rosa. However, the cameras were picked back up in May after the MLB drama involving Jen's fiancé, Ryan Boyajian. Tamra had shared a video with costars Emily, Heather, and Alexis, who were clearly filming a scene together.

The trailer for RHOC season 18 was released on June 6, well over a month before its premiere date. The trailer begins with the women engaging in what seems to be their version of The Traitors, where Tamra was a contestant, with Teddi Mellencamp, a The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, as the stand-in for Alan Cumming. Then, Heather says Gina is not her friend, while Tamra fights with Jen.

Alexis also makes her RHOC return, saying to Shannon, "I have your ex-boyfriend. There’s the door." As the meat of the trailer begins, it shows the trips the ladies took this season, which include Big Bear, Sonoma, Palm Springs, and London, UK.
