I brought inan antique family ring that had apiece ofit brokenoff. You can't even tell they replaced anything, itlooks brand new and isextremely clean! They are friendly and happy tohelp, very professional. Iam very satisfied with the work they did and would definitely goback inthe future.

Needed help with acar keyfob that had died. Car wouldn't start, sowe walked over tofind aplace that might have replacement battery. Quikset opened the keyfob, identified the battery and replaced itfor usin less than aminute. Lifesaver.

I have recently discovered Quikset and amso glad!! Ihave now used them for various repairs (watches, necklaces,etc.) and they will bemy go-to jewelry repair place from nowon!! Each time they have been courteous, fast and reasonably priced. The manager, Adrian, isfriendly and experienced and you will feel confident that things are done right!!

They seemed rather irritated with uswhen wecame into get mywedding set resized. When wecame back for them, the two rings wegot back were not the promised size. Infact, they were not even the same size! They charged $180tosize down both rings, and kept the gold they cut out saying ifthey gave itback itwould bemore expensive. They stretched out the smaller ring abit, but when itwas apparent they were still both too small, Ididn't even want togo back inbecause the vibes they gaveoff seriously set off myanxiety. The experience and result were enough toleave mein tears. The Jared inthe area iswonderful, soI recommend going there toresize your jewelry instead ofthis place.… – show

Unfortunately, Ipaid anexpensive price for several battery changes including awarranty that they never applied. Iwill never goback tothis store.
