The new approach to accessing your data is supported by the Viewpoint Builder functionality.

If you’re happy with the visualization, navigate to the "Save & Export" button in the top right corner menu. This gives you three options:

The "Save as presentation" option saves your view as a slide.

You can also choose "Save as Viewpoint": Use this option if you'd like to reuse this as a template to access this or other data sets in the future.

Choose "Export as PNG" to download this as an image.

How to Share Access to Viewpoint

Today, there is no need to share access to a viewpoint with a user. A user with any role accessing the main application can see the list of the viewpoints created. However, access to the datasets displayed in views that can be built using these viewpoints is based on workspace permissions. If a user doesn’t have access to the component type selected to construct this viewpoint, they’ll be unable to create a view and access data from the workspace to which this component type belongs.

⚠️ Keep in mind that this option will be disabled if you have multiple traversals open in your configuration panel. Saving as a viewpoint is possible only when one traversal is open at a time.
